A pleasurable wine made from a subtle blend of 3 Alsatian grape varieties: Sylvaner, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Dry, distinguished, fresh and fruity, it is the ideal accompaniment for your moments of conviviality!
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees for more than 6 months.
