Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for more than 6 months without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas of the grape variety.
Eye
Pale gold.
Nose
Aromas of undergrowth, apricot and dried fruit.
Palate
Round and smooth with refined aromas. It offers a fine balance between freshness and substance.
What to eat with Pinot Gris des Chasseurs de Lune?
It is the ideal accompaniment to pies and terrines and goes very well with white meats and fish in sauce or the traditional Alsatian baeckehoffe.
