Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in vats according to the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle), followed by maturation on laths for at least 1 year before being put on the market.
Disgorging/dosage
Its sugar content of 40 grams per liter will enable it to withstand the dilution of ice cubes.
Eye / Bubbles
Pale color with white gold highlights, fine string of bubbles.
Nose
Scents of ripe yellow fruit with notes of quince and nectarine.
Palate
Full-bodied, with chiseled acidity blending beautifully with the sweetness of the wine. Aromas of white fruits and redcurrants.
What to eat with Crémant ICE Blanc?
It can be served with pre-dinner drinks with friends in summer and winter, but always with ice! It also goes very well with fruit desserts.
