Produced from our best Pinot Blanc parcels on the Strangenberg limestone plateau, this Grand Prestige 2014 is only made from the heart of the cuvée in order to feel the finesse and precision of the limestone.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks and without malolactic fermentation, from the finest cuvées, this vintage is then aged for 4 years on slats to bring out the quintessence of Pinot Blanc.
Dosed with 8 grams of sugar, its balance will highlight the elegance and refinement of this exceptional terroir.
It will be served as an aperitif, with grilled fish such as a salmon back or with desserts.
