Identity
Made from our best plots of Pinot Blanc growing on the limestone plateau of Strangenberg, this Crémant is made solely from the heart of the cuvée, in order to bring out all the finesse and precision of the limestone.
Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel vats and made from the finest vintages, this vintage is then aged on laths for a minimum of 40 months to allow it to express the quintessence of Pinot Blanc.
Disgorging / Dosage
Dosed at 8 grams per liter of residual sugar, its balance will highlight the elegance and refinement of this exceptional terroir.
Eye / Bubbles
A pretty string of bubbles accompanying its pronounced golden hue.
Nose
Complex, starting with white flowers then moving on to brioche, toast and raspberry, the distinctive sign of this terroir.
Palate
Crystalline and lively, it displays a breathtaking balance and length. The finesse of its aromas reveals an exceptional product.
