Identity
This Crémant Soléra is produced at from a blend of several vintages, based on a 100 % Pinot Blanc (mainly 2017 and 2018). Each vintage is enriched with a fraction of older wines — a process that gives to this cuvée a signature that is stable, deep and unique, where the vintages complement and each other.
Vinification
The perpetual reserve principle allows for a consistent style by integrating, year after year, a portion of older wines. The cuvée was then aged for 78 months on racks, giving the wine a well-developed aromatic complexity.
Disgorgement and dosage
Extra-Brut dosage (<4g/l), highlighting the purity of Pinot Blanc and the depth provided by the reserve wines.
