The Cuvée "Rayon de Lune" is taken from the story of the villagers of Bennwihr nicknamed the "Moon Chasers" ("Mondfanger" in Alsatian). These cuvées are dedicated to them. The Moon is a key element of this range presented in exclusive blue bottles, blue similar to the colour of the sky lit by the Moon Rays.

The "Rayon de Lune" vintages are inspired by the history of the villagers of Bennwihr, nicknamed the "Moon Hunters" (Mondfanger). These vintages are dedicated to them. The moon is a key element of this range, presented in exclusive blue bottles, a blue similar to the color of the sky lit by moonbeams.
Wines that draw their strength from the light of the night
A long time ago, in the heart of Alsace, the small village of Bennwihr was home to winegrowers with exceptional know-how.
These artisans of the vineyard had a special relationship with the night.
When the sun set behind the hills, they would look up at the sky, watching for the Moon and its silvery rays dancing on the rows of vines. They were called the Moon Hunters: the Mondfanger
