Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on the quantity ordered. Orders can only be delivered to mainland France; for any other destination, please contact our sales department in advance at cave@bestheim.com

Shipping fees, which include handling and shipping costs, are €29.90 (including tax) for any order of fewer than 24 bottles or totaling less than €200 (including tax). Shipping is free for orders of €200 or more (including tax) or 24 bottles or more.

Products are delivered exclusively by a carrier directly to the Customer at the shipping address provided during the ordering process, within 10 business days of the order date. However, this timeframe is provided for informational purposes only, and any delay beyond this timeframe will not give rise to any compensation. In the event of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of any potential impact on the expected delivery time. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you have the option to cancel the order by contacting us by phone at 03.89.49.08.63 or by email at cave@bestheim.com under the terms and conditions set forth in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will issue a refund for the product and the shipping costs in accordance with the terms of Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. In the case of deliveries by a carrier, SCVB cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused exclusively by the Customer’s unavailability after several attempts to schedule a delivery appointment. Once the order has been shipped, any change to the delivery address must be requested through our customer service department, confirmed in writing by the Customer, and will be subject to an additional charge.
