In the Crémants d’Alsace family we have old favourites, timeless classics, those we always have on hand to celebrate special moments, and some that are more complex or more flamboyant.
Produced from our best Pinot Noir parcels on clay-limestone soils, this Crémant Rosé is made for gastronomy.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks and exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety, it owes its colour and aromas to a subtle blend between pressed rosé and "rosé de saignée". It is then patiently matured for 12 months minimum in our cellars to reach its optimal maturity.
The 8 grams of sugars brought to the disgorging accompany the tannicity naturally present in this product.
Resolutely gastronomic, it will be served as an aperitif but can follow you during the meal with beef carpaccio or spicy fish tartars. Also try it as a dessert with red fruit pies (strawberries, raspberries).
