Identity
Made from our best plots of Pinot Noir growing on clay-limestone soils, this Rosé is perfect for fine dining.
Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel vats and made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, it owes its color and aromas to a subtle blend of pressé and saignée rosé wines. It is then patiently aged for a minimum of 12 months in our cellars to reach its optimal maturity.
Disgorging / Dosage
The 8 grams of sugar added at disgorgement accompany its naturally present tannicity.
Eye / Bulles
Fine and elegant bubbles, with a pronounced pink hue and underlined with blackcurrant reflections.
Nose
An explosion of fruit: raspberry and cherry accompany the brioche.
Palate
Fresh and vinous at the same time, it will be accompanied by a very present fruitiness.
What to eat with Crémant Grand Prestige Rosé?
Resolutely gourmet, it will accompany aperitifs, beef carpaccio or spicy fish tartare. Also try it with red fruit desserts.
