Identity
From our best plots of Pinot Noir on clay-limestone terroirs.
Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel vats using the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle) with a short maceration on the skins. This is followed by maturation on laths for at least 1 year before being released onto the market.
Disgorging / Dosage
The 8 grams of sugar added at disgorgement constitute a subtle dosage that brings out the aromas of this fine Rosé.
