At Bestheim, the Chasseurs de Lune deploy unique expertise to reveal the full richness of wines, true gems of gastronomy. The quality of our Alsace wines comes to life in the cellars of our house in Bennwihr. Each vintage is a collective work, whose story begins with the choice of tools. The first artisans of this masterpiece are the winegrowers. Heirs to knowledge passed down through the generations, they precisely match grape varieties to terroirs, like a painter combining colors and textures. Their movements, refined over time, shape the vine with unique sensitivity, giving rise to Alsace wines with rich and harmonious nuances.
