The Chasseurs de Lune, or “Mondfangers” in Alsatian, are the winemakers of Bennwihr, the historic birthplace of Bestheim. Their goal is clear: to strive for excellence and produce authentic Alsace wines and Crémants d’Alsace, rooted in their history and their region.Today, this spirit lives on through nearly 400 families of cooperative winemakers.
In practice, this translates into concrete choices: meticulous monitoring of the vineyards, respect for the grape varieties, and mastery of the winemaking process. Each wine expresses a balance, an origin, and an intention.
