Identity
Made from our best Chardonnay plots, this Extra Brut is composed solely of the heart of the cuvée in order to express the finesse and generosity of our clay-limestone terroirs.
Winemaking
Vinified in stainless steel vats using the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle) and made from the finest cuvées, the Extra-Brut is then aged on laths for a minimum of 24 months to benefit from the contribution of the lees present in the bottle.
Disgorging / Dosage
The 3 grams of sugar added at the time of disgorgement bring out the quintessence of the product.
Eye / Bubbles
A pretty string of bubbles accompanying its pale gold hue.
Nose
Notes of white flowers and yellow fruits, opening up to notes of grilled hazelnut.
Palate
Lively and precise, with a floral attack, continuing with an elegant finish and a hint of raspberry.
What to eat with Crémant Extra-Brut Chardonnay?
It goes perfectly with a plate of oysters, gravlax salmon or scallop tartare. Its elegance and minerality will also enhance a mature cheese such as Comté.
