Identity
This wine comes from a selection of terroirs located at the entrance to the Noble Valley (Westhalten). With a south/south-west exposure, these soils are predominantly limestone and are covered with loess. These terroirs are also very dry; it rains less there every year than in Montpellier!
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees.
Eye
Light yellow color, slightly golden.
Nose
Powerful, refined nose, aromas of grape berries and orange blossom.
In the mouth
Fruity and crisp attack. It feels like biting into a fresh grape.
