Pinot Blanc produces a fresh, delicate and very light wine. This wine is produced from a qualitative selection of our grapes.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for more than 6 months.

Pale gold.
Nose
Expressive and fruity, with floral and white fruit notes.
Palate
Round, balanced and delicate, it combines freshness and suppleness. This makes it a very pleasant wine to taste.

What to drink with Pinot Blanc des Chasseurs de Lune?
It will be perfect with terrines, tarte flambée, pies, snails and white meats. Try it with a Caesar salad.
In winter, serve it as an accompaniment to a raclette or cheese fondue.
