Preparation of tenders
Cut the chicken into strips, mix these strips in a plate with the lemon/salt/pepper and let marinate for 15 minutes. Put the egg, flour and pretzels mixed into breadcrumbs in 3 different plates. Dip each chicken strip in the flour, then the egg, then the pretzels.

Cooking of tenders
Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the tenders in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius with the heat turned up for 10/12 minutes (not too long otherwise the chicken will become dry). -
Preparation of the bibeleskaes
Chop the herbs in a bowl with a dash of lime juice and salt and pepper. Add the bibeleskaes and mix. Set aside in the refrigerator.
