Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 220 degrees -
Preparation of the zucchini
Cut the zucchini with a mandolin (into thin strips). Place them on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the oven for a few minutes, then turn the zucchini slices over and continue cooking for a few minutes (watch to make sure they don't overcook). Let cool. -
Preparation of the rolls
Spread each slice of fromage frais mixed with chopped chives, salt and pepper. Cut the smoked trout into thin strips and place them on the cream cheese. Use a toothpick to hold the rolls together.
