Ingredients

Preparation:

  1. Making the caramel

    Make a cold caramel with the brown sugar. Dilute it with a little pineapple juice.
  2. Cooking the pineapple

    Cut the pineapple into slices and cook in the caramel.
  3. Baking the pie crust

    In the meantime, bake the pie crust with the creme fraiche for 5 minutes at 220°C.
  4. Dressage

    Roast the flaked almonds. 5/ Arrange the caramelized pineapple slices and the flaked almonds on the pie and enjoy warm.
