Preparation:

Making the caramel
Make a cold caramel with the brown sugar. Dilute it with a little pineapple juice. -
Cooking the pineapple
Cut the pineapple into slices and cook in the caramel. -
Baking the pie crust
In the meantime, bake the pie crust with the creme fraiche for 5 minutes at 220°C. -
Dressage
Roast the flaked almonds. 5/ Arrange the caramelized pineapple slices and the flaked almonds on the pie and enjoy warm.
