The 17th international competition for the best sparkling wines in the world, organized by the Forum OEnologie association, took place on November 13, 14, and 15, 2019, at the Pavillon du Castel, the childhood home of the famous Gustave Eiffel, now the Le Castel Hotel School in Dijon (Burgundy), France. This event is unique in its scope, its method and, therefore, its ambition.

International scope:

• More than 100 international expert judges, 50% of whom are foreign tasters
