Ingredients
Preparation:

Mix the ingredients to obtain the cake mixture
Mix the flour and eggs. Add oil and white wine, then Gruyere cheese, herbs de Provence, yeast, feta cheese, and finish with cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.

Fill a buttered and floured cake pan 2/3 full.
Bake at thermostat 5 (150°C) for 45 to 50 min. Let cool on a rack, and cut into slices when cold.
