Preheat the oven
On 200° before you start preparing the recipe.

Wash and chop tarragon
Zest the lemons, then squeeze the juice. In a saucepan, melt the butter cut into small pieces, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper. Once the butter has melted, add the tarragon off the heat and stir.

Cut the lobster tails
Cut in half lengthwise. Place in an ovenproof dish and brush with tarragon butter.

Cook the lobsters and prepare them
Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Turn the lobster tails over and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve hot with tarragon butter.
