Juice the fruit
To make this sparkling cocktail, squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons and strain the pulp through a sieve. Mix the cane sugar with the lemon juice, orange juice, and blue curaçao. Leave to chill for a few hours. -
Garnish
Just before serving, add the Crémant, which has been shaken vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Serve in attractive cocktail glasses with sugar-coated rims. Add a slice of lemon or orange to decorate the cocktail glass for the finishing touch!
