Winemaking
Long fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by extended aging on fine lees. The wine is then bottled before waiting at least a year before being released onto the market.

Eye
Pronounced gold, straw reflections.
Nose
Smoky characteristic of the grape variety, yellow fruit with flesh. Opens up enormously on aeration to a wide range of yellow fruits.
Palate
Structured attack, slightly tannic. Aromas of very ripe yellow fruit and bergamot.
