Identity
Produced from a selection of the finest old Pinot Noir vines on the hillsides. The terroir from which it comes produces powerful, rich wines that are always refined and full of distinction, ideal for growing Pinot Noir.
Winemaking
Maceration in stainless steel vats during alcoholic fermentation, then malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The low production of this product (3,000 bottles) makes it a rare product, especially since there are only a few producers.
Eye
Garnet red color, deep and dense.
Nose
Notes of morello cherries, prunes and a hint of vanilla.
Palate
Powerful, with black fruit aromas. Full tannic structure and aromatic persistence.
