Identity
From a selective harvest, showcasing the finest of our old Pinot Noir vines, on the slopes of our best terroirs. Harvested at full maturity, the Pinot Noir is a wine of great maturity, with ripe tannins, both complex and pleasant.
Winemaking
Maceration for 2 weeks in stainless steel vats during alcoholic fermentation. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in vats and then aging in 228- and 500-liter barrels for 12 months.
