Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturing in tanks.
Intense red cherry
Aromas of black and red fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry).
Delicate and fine tannins, bringing freshness and fruitiness. It has cherry and blackcurrant aromas.
It will be the ideal companion of cold meats, white meats, grills, terrines and cheeses such as Reblochon.
