The Alsace wine-growing region comprises seven main grape varieties. They produce authentic wines that draw their power from each of the region’s terroirs, bringing you wines that are typical of Alsace.

Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace to produce a red wine whose fruity and typical aromas evoke cherry and raspberry.
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturing in tanks.
Intense red cherry
Aromas of black and red fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry).
Delicate and fine tannins, bringing freshness and fruitiness. It has cherry and blackcurrant aromas.
It will be the ideal companion of cold meats, white meats, grills, terrines and cheeses such as Reblochon.
