Identity
Pinot Noir is the only grape variety in Alsace to produce a wine with the typical fruity aromas of cherry and raspberry.
Winemaking
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging on fine lees.

Intense cherry red color.
Nose
Aromas of black and red fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry).
Palate
Fine, delicate tannins, bringing freshness and fruitiness. Aromas of cherry and blackcurrant.
