Preparation of the cocktail
Chill the glass for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, finely blend the peach or nectarine pulp. Pour it in the glass and add immediately and delicately the cold ICE White Cremant. -
And for the final touch
Serve immediately with a slice of peach and a raspberry or more for the greedy!
