Ingredients

95 cl ofICE White Cremant(1 bottle and a half approximately)
12.5 cl of lemon juice
12.5 cl of cane sugar syrup
12.5 cl Cointreau (triple sec or Grand Marnier)

Preparation:

Preparation of the cocktail
Pour the lemon juice and cane sugar into a large bowl first. Then add the Cointreau and stir the mixture with a spoon. Complete with the ICE White Cremant and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Service
To be ladled into Crémant flutes!
