Bestheim has partnered withFrédéric Edel, Alsatian barman specializing in home barfor the creation of cocktail recipes based on your favorite vintage ofthe ICE range:the one and only ICE Concept!
Ingredients

To prepare this cocktail, nothing could be easier!
Put your 3 lime wedges in a glass, 7/8 mint leaves, 1 cl of liquid cane sugar and crush slightly with a pestle. Put the crushed ice at the height of the glass, then pour the ICE Concept by Bestheim. Stir gently with a spoon to mix the whole without breaking the bubbles. -
The final touch
For decoration, you can put a head of mint.
