Winemaking
Pressing of botrytized whole grapes. Strict settling to ensure the clarity of the juices. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees for more than 6 months.
Eye
Golden yellow color, with beautiful tears that testify to its richness.
Nose
Fragrant, intense, with spicy notes mixed with a hint of "candied apricot".
Palate
Aromas of candied fruit with a long and persistent finish of raisins.
