Made from one of the four noble Alsatian grape varieties, it is probably the most famous of the Alsatian wines. This wine is produced from a qualitative selection of our grapes.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on lees for more than 6 months.

Yellow gold.
Nose
Aromatic, with notes of lychee, exotic fruits and spices.
Palate
Full-bodied and fruity, with a round attack. Aromas of pineapple and lychee with a hint of spice.
