Description
Identity
Our Sylvaner comes from old vines in rich, deep soils, resulting in a beautifully complex wine that retains the freshness and drinkability of the grape variety.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on fine lees, without malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grape variety.
Tasting
Eye
Pale yellow.
Nose
Fresh and floral, opening up to sweet floral notes.
Palate
Lively and elegant, its freshness perfectly accompanies its stone fruit aromas (peach, Mirabelle plum).
