Cocktail with Crémant, rose and raspberry liqueur

Combine Crémant with a red fruit for a colourful aperitif cocktail!

Ingredients (1 glass) :

  • 10 cl of Crémant Brut Rosé
  • 2 cl rose liqueur
  • A dash of lemonade
  • 3 yellow lemon halves
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Ice cubes

To prepare this fruity cocktail, nothing could be simpler! In a large wine glass, mix 2 cl of rose liqueur with some fresh raspberries (5 to 7) previously crushed with a fork. Pour the Crémant Brut Rosé. Complete with a dash of lemonade. Add the lemon slices, a small handful of frozen raspberries and fill the glass generously with ice cubes. And voilà, it's ready!

Cremant and Citrus Punch

Put bubbles in your Punch with Cremant! Follow our Punch recipe :

Ingredients (serves 12) :

  • 150 cl of Crémant d'Alsace Brut Premium
  • 70 cl amber rum
  • 2 l orange juice
  • 1 l pineapple juice
  • 50 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 1 dash of grenadine syrup
  • 4 untreated yellow lemons
  • 4 untreated limes

This cocktail is ready in just a few steps! Cut the lemons into thin slices. In a large salad bowl, mix the Crémant d'Alsace, cane sugar syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, amber rum and slices of yellow and green lemons. Leave the punch to rest in a cool place for at least 3 hours. When you take it out, add a dash of grenadine, then serve and enjoy!

The Alsatian Mojito with Cremant

Repeat the Mojito recipe with Crémant d'Alsace!

Ingredients (1 glass) :

In a glass, place 10 fresh mint leaves and 1/2 diced lime. Add 2 cl of cane sugar syrup. Then mash the whole in a circular motion to extract the juices and aromas. Add crushed ice, then pour 4 cl of rum. Add the Crémant d'Alsace and mix.

Cocktail recipe with blue lagoon style Crémant

A refreshing, tasty and aromatic cocktail!

Ingredients (for 12 persons) :

To make this sparkling cocktail, squeeze the juices of the oranges and lemons and strain the pulp through a sieve. Mix the cane sugar with the lemon juice, orange juice and blue curaçao. Leave to rest in a cool place for a few hours. Just before serving, add the "frappé" Crémant, shaken vigorously in a shaker. Serve in pretty cocktail glasses with sweetened rims. Add a slice of lemon or orange to decorate the cocktail glass for the final touch!
