Grand Cru Mambourg looks out over the village of Sigolsheim. Facing due south, this marl-limestone terroir enjoys the perfect amount of sunlight, imbuing the wines of Mambourg with their distinctive depth and length of flavour.
Elegant yet intense golden yellow colour, with great legs. The bouquet is equally intense, with syrupy fruit aromas including pear, peach and dried apricot. This Pinot Gris is rich and voluptuous on the palate, building to a well-balanced finish accented with crisp, mineral notes and a lingering echo of dried apricot.
Ideal as an aperitif, with foie gras or else with chocolate or fruit-based desserts.
