What to eat with a Riesling ?

The riesling is the oldest grape variety grown in our wine region, theAlsace. As one of the 4 noble grape varieties, it is undoubtedly the king of the Alsatian grape varieties. The dry white wines from this grape variety are very beautiful, aromatic, racy, elegant and powerful wines. This Alsatian wine reveals its subtleties through fruit, floral or mineral aromas depending on the soil in which it is planted.

The riesling is a grape variety that goes particularly well with iodine notes. Thanks to its great freshness and minerality, this white wine will naturally find its place alongside fish such as salmon or sea bream, but also alongside seafood, shellfish or crustaceans.
