Made from a selection of our best hillsides and exclusively from the Riesling grape variety, the richness and power of our clay-limestone soils give us this wine that is at once lively, racy and full-bodied.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maturing on lees for more than 6 months without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grape variety.
Pale gold with gold reflections.
Very expressive nose, with floral notes (acacia). The wine opens towards citrus fruits (lemon, yuzu).
A frank, mineral attack, with ripe lemon aromas. A beautiful balance and a beautiful length embellish this wine.
Ideal with shellfish and fish, or with the traditional sauerkraut, it also goes wonderfully with goat's cheese and snails.
