Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by extended aging on fine lees.
Eye
Gold, bright.
Nose
Vanilla notes on opening, followed by scents of small red fruits and yellow fruits, flowers.
Palate
A balance between power and elegance: a fleshy structure enhanced by a fine acidity. A beautiful mineral finish.
What to eat with the Exception Riesling?
This vintage will accompany the most noble dishes: monkfish with saffron, grilled octopus, sea bass with truffle cream sauce, grilled lobster and spiny lobster, veal chop with chanterelle mushrooms.
