This is the result of a parcel selection highlighting the most beautiful of our old Pinot Noir parcels on the slopes of our best terroirs. Thus, harvested at full maturity, the Pinot Noir will prove to be a wine of great maturity, with ripe tannins, both complex and pleasant.
Maceration for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks during alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in tanks and then ageing in 225 and 500 litre barrels for 12 months.
Intense red with bright red reflections.
Very pinot, on the red fruit (cherry, raspberry, blackberry). A beautiful intensity and variety of fruit.
Beautiful structure, ripe and supple tannins.
This wine goes wonderfully with the finest red meat, such as a rib of beef, sirloin or duck breast. It will also be perfect with simmered meats (beef bourguignon, doe stew) and matured cheeses.
