
Our "Fourmidable" vintages are made from organically grown grapes. The 4 ants on the label pay tribute to the ant work done at each stage of their elaboration. They also symbolise the 4 origins of today's Bestheim (Bennwihr, Westhalten, Barr and Kaysersberg Vineyard), built step by step around a common ambition: to satisfy the expectations of our customers, particularly from an environmental point of view.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks and without malolactic fermentation, it is then aged on slats for a minimum of 18 months in order to benefit from the lees present in the bottle. This Crémant d'Alsace is made exclusively of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois.
