Our ICE Concept is a sparkling wine made with Muscat grapes.
The aromas of ICE Concept are especially crisp and fruity, true to the fresh crispness of Muscat. It is round on the attack, leading into more tangy notes. The finish reveals a hint of bitterness that is characteristic of this grape variety, which contributes to its aromatic persistence and delicate, long-lasting effervescence when ice is added.
Designed to be served with ice in a large glass, it is perfect when relaxing with friends and family, and is also a delight when paired with refreshing desserts like lemon or lime sorbet, candied star fruit macaroons and even a delicious rhubarb meringue pie.
More than just a new way to enjoy bubbles, ICE Concept is a comprehensive concept that reflects concerns for environmental issues, sustainable development and eco-citizenship.
The ICE Concept cuvée features a sustainably-sourced capsule (polymer made from sugar cane). Its labels and box are made from FSC certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council: an environmental organisation that certifies that wood and wood-based products come from sustainably-managed forests) and its sleeve has a perforation, the aim of which is to raise consumer awareness and encourage waste recycling.
