Sparkling wine and food pairing: Crémant Brut Premium

This Crémant is made from our best plots of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. The Brut Premium is only composed of the heart of the cuvée in order to make you feel finesse and generosity.

Its beautiful pale yellow colour is accompanied by a pretty string of bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits (peach, apricot), open on notes of dried fruits. On tasting, this lively, fresh and dry wine will perfectly combine balance and lightness.
