The Moon Chasers enjoy these melt-in-the-mouth baked apples drizzled with honey and sprinkled with brown sugar, accompanied with a grilled sesame seed crumb. A luscious and colourful reinterpretation by Chef Emmanuel Stemper for Bestheim!

Klevener de Heiligenstein, an original and appealing wine, is a great accompaniment for this dessert: with a very distinctive character, it exudes complex and slightly spicy aromas. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with ample structure and an indulgent splash of honey. A bold and heady wine with excellent length.
