Pressing of botrytised grapes. Strict settling for juice clarity. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maturation on fine lees for more than 6 months.
Dress with golden yellow reflections.
Explosive with exotic and spicy notes (mango, aniseed, yellow fruits).
Round attack with the same exotic notes as on the nose. Smooth with a full-bodied and spicy, slightly peppery finish.
