The low-down

Mineral freshness and vibrant fruit, perfect for starters, fish and seafood. The bouquet is very open and expressive, combining zesty notes of orange and grapefruit with delicious, crunchy grape aromas. The fruit of a subtle blend of Muscat and Riesling. The Riesling shines through on the palate, with a great length of flavour. A resolutely gastronomic wine.

Food-wine pairings

Ideal with cold starters, this dry white is also a great match for salads and grilled fish. A sure-fire hit with smoked salmon, shellfish and seafood platters...
