Pinot Gris is one of Alsace's four noble grape varieties, with an elegance and distinction which make it a natural match for haute cuisine.
The pale golden robe hints at the elegance of the bouquet, with the undergrowth and apricot aromas so typical of this grape underpinned by rich dried fruit notes. Smooth and well-rounded on the palate, with a perfect balance between freshness and substance which allows the Pinot's legendary aromatic finesse to come to the fore.
