Bestheim is a cooperative winery, the result of successive mergers between five Alsatian wineries: Bennwihr, Westhalten, Obernai, Sigolsheim, and Kientzheim-Kaysersberg. Today, Bestheim brings together 325 families of cooperative members. But what is a cooperative winery? Who are these people called "cooperators"? And what are our values?
