Viticulture and winemaking are two disciplines that work with passion. Our winegrowers and oenologists, like goldsmiths, carefully work their terroirs and all the grapes that pass through our harvesters. There are however some privileged people, those who stand out from the first step in the parcel, those who entice your taste buds at the first sip of juice, these cuvées are Exceptional cuvées.
The oenologist shapes the Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir Exception by ageing in oak barrels, not too pronounced, just at the border between the Alsatian identity and the one that opens the doors to amateurs of a different style .
